How to Duplicate Your License Superuser Access to Another User

Below we've outlined how to copy your Licence Superuser account access to another user.

1. On your home screen click Manage.

   
   
   
2. Next, click Users.
   
   
   
3. It's likely that the user you would like to inherit your Licence Superuser role already exists on your licence. If so, click this user's name to edit their details. If the user you want to inherit your Licence Superuser role is not a Safelink user, click Create User Account on the right.
   
   
   
4. Click Change Details.
   
   
   
5. Click the user role drop-down menu.
   
   
   
6. Next, select Licence Superuser.
   
   
   
7. The system will prompt a box, which, when ticked, will invite this user to all pre-existing rooms under their licence as a room manager.
   
   
   
8. Lastly, Click Save Changes.
