Licence Admins can view and edit the account details of users on their licence. Licence Admins can change the user's role, edit their name, change their user ID, add a company name, set notification frequency and more!
To begin, click Manage.
Click Users.
On the User Accounts screen, click the name or email address of a user whose details you want to view
Click Change Details.
Make any necessary amendments to this account, and when you are finished, click Save Changes at the bottom.
