Licence Admin - How to View and Edit User Details
Licence Admins can view and edit the account details of users on their licence. Licence Admins can change the user's role, edit their name, change their user ID, add a company name, set notification frequency and more!
- To begin, click Manage.
- Click Users.
- On the User Accounts screen, click the name or email address of a user whose details you want to view.
- Click Change Details.
- Make any necessary amendments to this account, and when you are finished, click Save Changes at the bottom.
