How to Use Text View and Analysis Gaps
Use the Analysis Gaps column in Grid View to identify documents with flagged analysis-gap sections, and the Text View panel to review the extracted text of individual documents.
How to Use Text View and Analysis Gaps
- Go to the Documents Area and switch to Grid View if it is not already selected.
- Click View Settings in the toolbar to open the View Settings modal.
- Under Column Selection, click Analysis Gaps to show the column. You can also drag and drop it to your preferred position.
- Select Save to apply the changes.
- The Analysis Gaps number shows the count of flagged analysis-gap sections detected in the document. The column may be empty when no coverage measurement is available, such as for native documents that cannot be processed or documents that are still being processed.
- Click the document name to open the document in the Document Viewer.
- Click the Text View icon to view the to view the document’s extracted text.
- The Text View panel opens on the right, displaying the extracted text with any analysis gaps section highlighted in red.
- Open the Selections panel to quickly find pages containing analysis-gap sections.
