How to Set Timed Access for a Workspace User

A workspace admin can specify a cut-off date for users to submit their documents.

 

  1. Click Manage Workspace.



  2. Go to Access & Permissions.



  3. Click the edit button to apply timed access to an existing workspace user or click Invite Another User to apply timed access to a new user.

  4. Set the Workspace Access, Group, and Folder Access.



  5. Specify a 'Cut-off date'.



  6. Click 'Update Workspace Access'.

Please enable the Timed Access app in your workspace setting if the 'Cut-off date' field is not available.


The user can still access the workspace contents after the cut off date, but they could no longer upload documents or folders.
