How to Cancel Your Lexiti Subscription

This article explains how to cancel your Lexiti subscription. To cancel your Lexiti subscription, you must delete all workspaces under your account. Deleting the workspace will permanently remove all associated data and stop future billing. Please follow the steps carefully to ensure your subscription is cancelled successfully.

  1. To cancel, click the Manage Workspace tab.



  2. Next, click Delete this Workspace.



  3. The system will ask, ARE YOU SURE YOU WISH TO DESTROY THIS WORKSPACE AND ALL ITS CONTENTS?. Click OK. This will permanently delete the data room and prevent any further invoices.

Note: You must be logged in as an workspace manager to delete your workspace.
