Document Tools and Navigation

1. Document View Sidebar: Includes quick access to Labels, Selection, Search, and Navigation tabs.
2. Click the Next or Previous buttons to move sequentially through the document pages.
3. Hide Annotations: Click this button to temporarily conceal all annotations created by you or your team for a clean view of the original text.
4. Zoom In and Out: Use the zoom buttons to adjust the text size for comfortable reading.
5. Fit to Screen / Page Width: Toggle these buttons to either fit the entire page within your screen boundaries or stretch the view to match the document's page width.
6. Redact Area: Click this button to permanently black out or cover specific sections of your document.
7. Expose Area: Click this button to uncover or remove redactions from specific areas of your document.
8. Redact Entire Document: Use this tool to apply redactions across all pages instantly.
9. Highlight Tool: Click this button to mark and emphasize specific document sections.
10. Scribble Tool: Click this button to draw freehand directly onto your document for quick notes or markups.

Notes

• Some document tools may not be available in your workspace. The document tools available to you will depend on which workspace type you are using and which apps have been enabled by your Workspace admin.
