Bundles - The Basics
Creating a bundle is simple and helps you organise your documents clearly for review or sharing. Follow the steps below to set up your bundle.
- From the Bundles page, click Create a Bundle.

-
Enter a name for your bundle. Once you’ve typed the name, press Enter to save it.

-
If you’d like to include a coversheet, click Add Entry and select Coversheet from the dropdown list.

-
Next, click Add Coversheet. You’ll then be prompted to upload your coversheet file.

-
Select your prepared coversheet file from your computer and upload it. Once the upload is complete, you can close the upload window to return to your bundle.

-
To start organising your bundle into sections, click Add Entry again and select Add Section Heading.

-
Enter the Section Name and Section Key.

-
Now you’re ready to start adding documents into your bundle. Click Add Entry and select Document from the list.

-
The Upload window will open. If your workspace is empty, simply drag and drop the files from your computer that you’d like to include in your bundle.

-
Select the documents you want to include, then click Add to Bundle.

-
Click the ⠿ icon to drag and drop your documents into the correct order if you’d like to rearrange them.

-
Once you’ve added all your documents, take a moment to review them. Click any document in the list to view it and ensure everything is in the correct order.

-
To add an index, click the + before the coversheet and select Index.

-
Click Configure Fields to customise the index columns.

-
When you’re happy with your bundle, click Export to begin exporting it.

-
An Export window will appear, allowing you to customise your bundle export. Once you’ve made your selections, click Export again to confirm.

-
The system will now begin preparing your bundle PDF export. This step may take some time, depending on the size of your bundle. You can leave this running on your computer and check back later to download it once complete.

-
Once the export is complete, click Download Bundle to download it.

-
That’s It!
Your bundle is now complete — including a coversheet, index, section headings, and all supporting documents. You can now share, store, or review the bundle export as needed.
