Expanded Activity Listing App

Show more information in the activity listing by not grouping documents together. Each new document gets its own entry in the activity list.

• When the expanded activity listing app _is not_ enabled, document activity is grouped together.

• When the expanded activity listing app is enabled, each new document gets its own entry in the activity list like so.
