Licence Admins (Licence Superuser and Licence Managers) can view and edit the account details of users on their licence. Licence Admins can change the user's role, edit their name, change their user ID, add a company name, set notification frequency and more! The ability to edit the account of a user is limited to Licence Admins.

To begin, click 'Manage'.

Click 'Users'.

On the User Accounts screen, click the name or email address of a user whose details you would like to view.

Click 'Change Details'.

Make any necessary amendments to this account and when you are finished click 'Save Changes' at the bottom.
