How to upload folders

You can upload a folder or multiple folders into your workspace using the upload feature. Please check with your Workspace admin to make sure that you have the right permissions to upload in Safelink.

Open your workspace and go to the 'Documents' tab.

You can find the Upload Menu in the grey panel on the left. To upload a folder please click the 'Add Folder' button.

Select a folder or folders that you would like to upload and click 'Upload' to start uploading.



If you are using Google Chrome you can drag and drop a file or folder directly onto the page and it will begin uploading automatically. This works on both Mac and Windows.

The system will display a progress bar to indicate the progress of your upload.

The upload time will depend on the size of the file and your internet speed. Please give some time for our system to process the documents properly when you are uploading a large number of documents all at once. We can help with the upload process and provide other options if you are planning to upload large files into your workspace. Please contact us for more details.

You will see the new folder in the Folder View once the upload is complete.

Compressing your files and folders into a zip file a faster way to upload a large set of documents into your workspace. Once the upload is complete, you can unpack the zip file in your workspace.
