How to Sort Documents

Go to the 'Documents' tab and open the folder that contains the documents that you would like to arrange.



Click 'Standard Sort Order'.



Available sort options will appear in the dropdown list.



a) This is the default sort option and will sort the documents using the following order; Manual Arrangement, Name, Number, Record Date, Upload Date, and Internal ID of the folder or document.
b) This will sort the documents alphabetically.
c) This will sort the documents numerically.
d) This will sort using the recorded date when the emails are sent. This is helpful if the folder contains email files.
e) This will sort the documents by their upload date.

Select your preferred sort option and click 'Save for all users' to save your changes.
