Open your workspace and go to the 'Documents' tab.
Right-click on the file or folder that you want to share.
Select 'Share' from the menu and click 'via Email'.
Please contact your workspace admin if the 'Share' option is missing from the menu.
Enter the Recipient's Name and Email Address in the corresponding fields.
You can also include a short message and specify how the link will expire.
Once you are certain the information is correct, click 'Send Link via Email' to share your document.
The recipient will receive an email from Safelink with a link to access your document.
