A workspace admin can specify a cut-off for users to submit their documents. The Timed Access app is required for this to work.

Click 'Manage Workspace'.


Go to 'Access & Permissions'.


Click the edit button to apply timed access to an existing workspace user or click 'Invite Another User' to apply timed access to a new user.


Set the Workspace Access, Group, and Folder Access.


Specify a 'Cut-off date'.


Please enabled the Timed Access app in your workspace setting if the 'Cut-off date' field is not available.

Click 'Update Workspace Access'.


The user can still access the workspace contents after the cut off date, but they could no longer upload documents or folders.
