To begin, right-click the root-folder in your workspace and select 'Numbering'.

Next click 'Change Numbering Style'.

After that tick 'No Numbering' and then click 'Save Settings'.

Then click 'Clear Numbering' to remove numbering from your workspace.

Now that your old numbering style has been removed, let's apply a new one. Right-click your root-folder and select 'Numbering'.

Click 'change the numbering style'.

Tick 'Hierarchical Numbering' and then tick your new numbering style. Click 'Save Settings'.

Your new numbering style will be applied to your documents, however you will need to use the sorting feature to arrange them. Click 'n sort order' to reveal all available sort options to you.

Select '1-9 Number'.

This will arrange your documents in ascending order (1-9). Click 'Save for all users' to apply this document and folder arrangement for all other users in the workspace.
