Attachment Handling in Production Export

The production export screen has two options for exporting attachments as part of the export

1. Only export attachments that explicitly match your selection (eg.tag) 
2. Export all of the attachments

With option 1, only files that match your selection will be included, so if a parent matches but an attachment does not, then only the parent will be exported and visa versa 

If you choose option 2, every attachment with a selected parent is exported regardless of whether the attachment matches. Where an attachment matches but the parent does not, then the attachment will be included but not the parent.

For example during the export process for a tag of “important” the documents highlighted in green will be included in export.
