The Show Pane helps you quickly view, classify, annotate, mark and highlight your documents.

 

 

 


 


A Quick Look at the Show Pane

  1. Click on a document name to view it.
  2. The selected file will appear in the Show Pane on the right. You can use the Document Tools on the right to view/hide annotations, zoom in and out, highlight, redact, expose and more.
  3. Click the Labels button to open the Labels Panel, where you can view and apply the coding fields created by you or your team.
  4. Click the Selections button to open the Selections Panel, which displays your annotations and redactions in the document. In this panel, you can view the details of annotations / highlights, add notes, and share or delete them. You can also view redaction details, add notes, or delete redactions.
  5. Click Next to open and view the following document in the Documents Area.
  6. Click the Expand button to view your document in the expanded Showpane.
  7. Click the Properties tab to see additional information about the document.
  8. Click the Pen icon to edit the document name.

Notes

  • Note: The tools available in the Show Pane depend on the applications enabled for your workspace. For example, the Labels panel is available only when the Document Coding app is enabled. Annotation features require the Annotations app, and redaction tools are available only when the Redaction app is enabled. Workspace Managers can enable or disable these applications as needed.
